Mobile On-Site
Hard Drive Shredding

Our mobile shredding truck comes directly to your facility, allowing you to witness secure destruction without drives ever leaving your property. Upon arrival, our team sets up a controlled work area, verifies chain of custody, and shreds each hard drive using an industrial-grade machine that renders media completely unrecoverable.

Each visit includes:

  • On-site verification of drive serial numbers before shredding.

  • Real-time observation for complete transparency and compliance.

  • Industrial-grade shredding of HDDs, SSDs, and backup media.

You receive a Certificate of Destruction and detailed destruction log upon completion. Serial number recording and video documentation are available on request for full audit compliance.

On-Site
Hard Drive Removal

For companies with multiple devices or mixed equipment, we offer on-site hard drive removal from servers, desktops, laptops, and multifunction printers. Our technicians safely extract, label, and seal each drive before it’s either shredded on-site or placed in a locked container for destruction.

Each removal includes:

  • Secure labeling and handling of each drive.

  • Parent-to-child serial number recording available for traceability.

  • Recycling of any residual waste (i.e. Computer, server chassis, storage array).

We follow all PPE procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment, and can collect and palletize all residual e-waste material as part of our white glove service.

Responsible
E-Waste Recycling

All shredded drives and decommissioned electronics are processed in compliance with state and federal e-waste regulations. Materials are separated by type—metals, plastics, circuit boards, and cables—for maximum recovery and landfill diversion.

Our recycling process ensures:

  • Full material sorting for environmental recovery and reuse.

  • Processing only through R2v3 Responsible Recycling Standards.

  • Detailed reporting for ESG and sustainability documentation.

A Categorized Certificate of Recycling to document environmental compliance and support internal or ESG sustainability reporting is available upon request.

MacBook
Motherboard Removal

For MacBooks with integrated or soldered storage, our on-site team removes and shreds the entire motherboard to ensure all data is destroyed beyond recovery. The remaining components are recycled responsibly through certified channels.

This service includes:

  • Secure removal of the full motherboard or logic board.

  • Serial number logging and photo documentation on request.

  • Recycling through R2V3 certified downstream processing.

We can log serial numbers before removal and document each destruction event, giving you verified proof of secure disposal for your proprietary Apple devices.

Proprietary
Product Destruction

Protecting your brand and intellectual property is critical. Our proprietary product destruction service ensures prototypes, defective units, or confidential materials are fully dismantled and shredded under a documented chain of custody.

We provide:

  • Controlled on-site or off-site destruction options.

  • Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) when required.

  • Inventory, Asset Tag Removal, and branding destruction.

Upon request, we operate under non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and can provide photo or video confirmation of the destruction process—ideal for R&D, manufacturing, or government clients managing sensitive IP.

On-Site
Inventory & Tracking

Our technicians create a full audit trail by recording each device’s make, model, and serial number on-site. Drives can be linked to their parent systems (for example, server → bay → drive), ensuring transparency from collection through destruction.

Services Available Include:

  • Full inventory tracking and parent-to-child linking.

  • CSV or PDF inventory reports uploaded to your client portal.

  • Certificates of Destruction and Recycling for recordkeeping.

When the process is complete, you receive a verified inventory report with your Certificates of Destruction and Recycling. Reports can be provided in CSV or PDF format and uploaded to your client portal for recordkeeping and audits.

Sustainability and Responsible Recycling

Recycling That Supports Your ESG Goals

We don’t just shred hard drives — we recycle every component responsibly to support your organization’s sustainability and ESG objectives. Our process ensures all electronic waste, metals, and materials are diverted from landfills and processed through certified recycling channels.

ESG Reporting Add-On
For companies with sustainability goals, we offer an ESG reporting package that

provides measurable impact data for your internal or public reporting.

Categorized Certificates of Recycling and Destruction — break down recycled and destroyed material by type (servers, laptops, hard drives, monitors, cables, etc.).

Estimated Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emission Reduction Report — calculates emissions savings from recycling versus new material sourcing.

What Other Material Do We Recycle?
In addition to hard drives, SSDs, and tapes, we recycle:

Networking Equipment: Switches, routers, access points, firewalls

Office Electronics: Printers, copiers, scanners, fax machines

Data Center Hardware: Servers, storage arrays, power supplies, racks

End-User Devices: Laptops, desktops, tablets, monitors

Cables & Accessories: Power cords, Ethernet cables, chargers, docking stations

Frequently Asked Questions

How does on-site shredding work?

Our mobile shredding truck arrives at your facility, equipped with an industrial shredder capable of destroying drives and media on-site. Upon arrival, our certified technicians follow a secure chain-of-custody process: materials are verified, logged, and shredded under client supervision. The process is recorded in our internal system for full traceability and audit support.

Do I get a Certificate of Destruction?

Yes. After each service, we issue a Certificate of Destruction (COD) with detailed documentation. Each certificate includes per request the serialized inventory list, service date, order reference, and destruction method. Certificates are uploaded to your secure client portal for ongoing access and compliance tracking.

What’s the difference between Certificate of Destruction and Certificate of Recycling?

A Certificate of Destruction confirms that data-bearing devices were permanently destroyed following NIST 800-88 guidelines.

A Certificate of Recycling verifies that the shredded materials were responsibly processed through our R2v3 and ISO 14001-certified downstream partners, ensuring full environmental and regulatory compliance.

Can I watch the shredding process?

Yes. Clients may witness the shredding process on-site for full transparency. Our team provides required PPE (personal protective equipment) such as safety glasses, gloves, and ear protection, in compliance with OSHA safety protocols. You can observe the process directly and confirm completion before the final sign-off.

Do you recycle the shredded material?

Yes. All shredded material is recycled responsibly through certified downstream vendors that comply with R2v3, ISO 14001, and EPA environmental standards. Metals, plastics, and circuit boards are separated and reclaimed to ensure maximum material recovery and landfill diversion.

What other material do you recycle?

We recycle a wide range of electronics, including laptops, servers, networking equipment, power supplies, and mixed e-waste components. All data-bearing items are securely wiped or shredded prior to recycling to maintain full data security and environmental compliance.
